Экземпляр документа, имеющий одинаковую юридическую силу с первым.
Дубликатом является второй либо третий экземпляры документа с теми же подписями и печатями, что и первый. Он имеет ту же юридическую силу, что и первый экземпляр. В случае необходимости с оригинала документа делается несколько дубликатов.
